Spatial Design & Interior Concept for Compact Sushi Bar

Sushi Lunchi

About:

TECS delivered the spatial planning and interior concept for Sushi Lunch, a compact sushi bar created for renowned chef Antonis Drakoularakos.

The design draws inspiration from 1990s Japanese arcade culture, blending bold colors, geometric forms, and playful lighting to create an immersive, high-impact dining environment.

Despite its small footprint, the layout supports fast-paced customer flow, efficient service areas, and a clear visual identity.
Every element—from the façade and counter design to the lighting and materials—was carefully selected to reflect the brand’s personality and enhance functionality.

This project demonstrates how architectural detailing and intentional styling can transform even the most compact commercial spaces into strong brand experiences.
